Latest microprocessor based technology affords full programmability with complete array of features in compact ultralow cost unit. D16A Series Temperature/Process Controller features universal input, Self-TuneŽ PID, Fuzzy Logic, and dual four-digit LED displays for process and set point value. Selectable inputs can be thermocouple, RTD, current or voltage. Available outputs are solid-state relay, relay, pulsed voltage, or proportional current. Programmable alarm (optional) can be reset automatically or manually. Front panel is waterproof and corrosion resistant (UL type 4-X), making it ideal for sanitary applications. Replace electronics without wiring changes (via removable front panel). Self diagnostics, nonvolatile memory and selectable control modes are all designed for greater productivity. Four security levels are password protected. On-off, P, PI or PID manual tune control functions can be selected or the controller will Self-TuneŽ automatically for best PIF control.

SUGGESTED SPECIFICATIONS
Process Controller shall be microprocessor based of 1/16 DIN size with dual four digit LED display and accuracy +/- 0.25% of span and +/- 1 least significant digit. Selectable inputs (and associated impedances) to be thermocouple (3 megohm min.), RTD (current 200mA), current (249 ohms), and voltage (5000 ohms). Sealed front panel with UL type 4X ratings. Self diagnosis with fault indication and non volatile memory without battery backup. Supply voltage range to be 100 to 240 VAC nominal @ 50/60 Hz, 132 to 240 VDC nominal, and maximum power supply of 5 VA. Outputs shall be specified as relay, SSR, pulsed voltage, or current, with optional loop break alarm. Electronics replaceable without wiring changes (via removable front panel). Process Controller shall be Dwyer Model D 16_ _ _ _.
